Beyond grateful for David and Botello Plumbing. His attention to detail and selfless service speaks for itself. I was in need of immediate assistance and Mr. Botello stopped by at the end of his busy day to help us out. I Highly recommend this veteran owned business.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced with a new one that I had purchased and my hot water valve under the sink replaced. Luke, from Botello Plumbing came out on the agreed date and time, and was punctual. He gave me a reasonable and fair quote to do the work, so I agreed, and he got started. He was quick, clean and professional about the work. Prior to leaving he double checked the new faucet and the valve. After he left, We started using the kitchen faucet and it began leaking internally. We called Botello plumbing and David answered and told us they would be back out. Within 30 minutes, Luke returned and that’s when we found out we had purchased a defective faucet. We contacted Moen, and was told they would send replacement parts out but would take a couple of days. Luke said if we got another locally, he would install it free of charge!!! We went to HD and bought another. He installed it and all was well. I tried to pay him for his additional time and he refused the money and said, this was a customer service call and was more important to have a satisfied customer than the extra money. I will be calling Botello Plumbing for my needs because they are all about the customer! Thanks for all you did Botello Plumbing and Luke!

My hot water heater went out on Christmas Eve and flooded my garage. David with Botello Plumbing & Fixtures came out immediately to our rescue. He quoted me 1/3 the cost I was quoted by MET Plumbers and John Moore. David even went the extra mile by custom ordering and replacing a fitted vent pipe to ensure my family was safe from monoxide fumes. I will be hiring him again soon to replace a shower tile floor. This guy is AWESOME and I highly recommend his plumbing services. He is prompt, professional, experienced and reasonably priced. Houston-Katy, TX
